An exciting position has arisen for a Housing and Regeneration Paralegal in Liverpool with a competitive salary and extensive benefits package.ABOUT THE FIRMOur client is seeking a Paralegal to join their dynamic Housing and Regeneration Litigation team in Liverpool. This role will see you working closely with the wider team and collaborating with Partners in Housing and Regeneration. As a Paralegal, you will support fee earners within the team, engaging in varied and stimulating work.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Paralegal in this team, you will be involved in handling anti-social behaviour and other breach of tenancy injunctions, responding to disrepair claims, organising disclosure, and advising on liability. You will also use the Case Management System, apply for access injunctions, and provide general housing management advice on tenancy issues. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a company pension and private medical insurance.ABOUT YOUThe ideal candidate for this role should be hard-working, results-driven, and eager to contribute to the team's growth.
