Duties include:
- Bank reconciliations
- Experience using Proclaim (Desirable).
- Responsible for allocating client receipts and identifying what they represent.
- Identifying unallocated funds
- Processing Bills and Client to Office Transfers
- Dealing with residual client balances
- Closing and archiving files
- Running of internal reports for month end/general housekeeping of accounts
