Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic employment law Paralegal with a focus on Equality Act claims. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' experience, preferably with some exposure to discrimination claims.
Responsibilities include managing a diverse caseload of employment law issues and delivering innovative, expert advice to a broad client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling claimant cases involving a variety of contentious employment matters, including advisory services and tribunal representation.
