PARALEGAL – SOCIAL HOUSING DISREPAIRLocation: West Cheshire & LiverpoolSalary: Up to £25,000Role OverviewWe are looking for two Paralegals to join in a Social Housing team from either Cheshire or Liverpool. You will provide essential support to Fee Earners in the Social Housing Disrepair team, assisting with case management, preparing documents, liaising with clients, and attending court. The role offers exposure to a variety of housing-related legal issues and a supportive team environment where you will gain valuable experience.Candidate Profile/Experience NeededTo succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Previous experience or a strong interest in housing law, particularly disrepair claims.
  • Excellent word-processing and audio-typing skills.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload.
  • Experience using case management systems and managing client files.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
