I am recruiting an experienced Warehouse Manager with Pharma experience to join a fantastic company based in Liverpool.

Package: £60000 p/a + great company benefits

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm

(Occasional flexibility may be required based on achieving the objectives for the role or to meet production demands).

Duties as a Warehouse Manager in the Pharma Industry:

  • Lead a large warehouse operation as well as training and mentoring warehouse staff in operational procedures, safety protocols, and equipment handling.
  • Manage logistics procedures, including receiving and dispatching stock, and ensure accurate stock levels through regular audits
  • Review and sign off on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain operational integrity and quality.
  • Create and maintain team culture.

Skills/ Experience:

  • Demonstrate compliance to MHRA requirements.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in warehouse management systems and inventory control software
