Job Title: Senior Site Manager

We are hiring for a Senior Site Manager that has experience working on regional build projects and can work on healthcare projects in the Liverpool area.
Duties of a Senior Site Manager
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Managing pre-construction activities
- Controlling prelims, and project budgets
- Implementing and maintaining the company's policies for sustainability, health and safety, quality, environmental, training and development
- Leading regular site meetings with all associated parties
- Reviewing methods of working, alternative materials etc in order to maximise commercial profitability.
Skills and experience of a Senior Site Manager
As a Senior Site Manager, you need have experience with;
- Projects over £10 million
- Working on healthcare and regional build projects
- Detailed knowledge of building regulations
- Project planning
- Commercial and finacial awareness
It would be beneficial to the role if you also had;
- CITB level 3 safety course
- CSCS Card (Appropriate level)
- Professional Qualification
