A Multi Disciplinary Building Consultancy are looking for an Architectural Technician or Senior Architectural Technician to join their team, working between home, office and site. Thisarm of this business are extremely busy with Measured Survey work for clients in the public sector, which includes3D Laser Scanning,Point Cloud Services and the creation of 3d models.
About the Role
Youexcel at managing complex architectural tasks and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will utilise Revit and Cad in your work day to day,drawing up various plans and technical detailing, from initial site visits for laser scanning.
3D Modeling: You willcreatedetailed and accurate models that bring architectural visions to life.
Revit and AutoCAD: You will work to produce precise and efficient designs.
Rights of Light: You will work to assessand managethe impact of new developments on existing properties, ensuring that projects comply with legal requirements.
Measured Surveying: Accurate measurement and analysis are at the core of thiswork, providing a solid foundation for all design and construction activities.
About You
You are a proficient Revit user and have carried out Measured Surveys previously. You are capable of managing a busy working week of site visits, technical drawing and modelling.
What's on Offer
A competitive basic salary is negotiable dependant on experience. Laser scanning training can be provided subject to applicants having the relevant Revit skills already in place. This role is working from the office two days a week with home based working also included. Free on site parking, and a package of other company benefit details are available on request.
