The key responsibilities of a Personal Assistant candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the CEO.
- Manage diaries and coordinate meetings.
- Understand raw data and present in a visual report with key metrics.
- Prepare documents and correspondence.
- Ability to prepare presentation decks.
- Handle client enquiries professionally.
- Maintain the department's filing system.
- Process expense claims and invoices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth running of the department.
- Adhere to the company's policies and procedures.
Profile
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
- Proficiency in administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Data Room desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
