My market leading, St Helens based client are looking to recruit PA support for the existing EA who supports the MD of the business. The role will be on a full-time temporary basis for at least 6 months.

Salary £24,000 - £26,00037.5 hours per week, 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to FridayHybrid working will be available, 3 days per week from office (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) and 2 days per week from home (Monday & Friday).

The purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive PA administrative support to the EA and subsequently the MD.

Main Accountabilities

  • Booking of travel and accommodation
  • Processing invoices – SAP knowledge would be ideal.
  • Expenses management
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Dealing with the daily post
  • Assisting with arranging events 
  • Scheduling appointments, managing correspondence and general administrative duties

Specification:

  • PA administrative experience
  • Effective communication skills, exceptional knowledge of English both written and verbal
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Attention to detail.
