Job Title - Mobile Engineer - Facilities Management
Salary - 40K
Location - Merseyside
Benefits - 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Company Bonus, 5% Pension
Nicholas Associates Group (Engineering & Technical) are recruiting for a mechanically biased Mobile Engineer for our client, a newly established and thriving low carbon renewable energy and M&E building services business with increasing demand and exciting growth plans.
The position has emerged due to a rapid increase in business enquiries and investments. They thus require a mechanically biased engineer with a background in building maintenance to support their growing team covering the North West.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance, fault finding and repairs on a host of building equipment
- Equipment includes HVAC(Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Pipework and Building management systems
- Covering the North West region
- Predominantly mechanical with some electrical work
- Working within NHS and education environments
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in mechanical building maintenance
- Customer facing skills, communication skills and a manner befitting the work environment
- Qualifications in a related field and awareness of building regulations
- Driving Liscense
