Grade: EPlease Note: Internal re-deployment pool candidates will be considered first, and the role may be withdrawn without notice.About the Role: Service Care Solutions is recruiting for a VRP Evidence Hub Analyst to join the Merseyside Violence Reduction Partnership (MVRP). This role is essential in providing strategic analytical products to inform and guide senior decision-makers. You will analyse data, research materials, and environmental factors to improve the understanding of serious violence and help communities across Merseyside become safer.Key Responsibilities: ? Develop strategic analytical reports to support violence reduction initiatives? Interpret and analyse multi-agency data to assess the impact of serious violence? Use statistical research tools to identify trends and patterns? Present findings in clear, concise reports to senior stakeholders? Work closely with multi-agency teams to enhance data sharing and problem-solving? Provide recommendations based on data-driven insightsKnowledge & Experience Required: ? Strong understanding of analytical concepts, processes, and techniques? Experience in data interpretation, performance measurement, and strategic analysis? Advanced skills in computerised query building and statistical research tools? Ability to scrutinise and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights? Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and presentations? Experience working with multi-agency information systems?
