Job Overview:We are currently recruiting a Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Liverpool University Hospital NHS Trust. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential care and support to patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' needs.
- Provide and manage the provision of necessary equipment to support patient care.
- Plan and coordinate effective discharge strategies, ensuring smooth transitions for patients.
- Participate in board rounds and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Proven experience in Occupational Therapy within an NHS or equivalent healthcare setting.
- Expertise in assessment, provision of equipment, and discharge planning.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
