- Answering incoming calls and e-mails and dealing with general requests for information/property enquiries from Investors or Landlords.
- Answering colleague's calls when they are unavailable and taking messages.
- Processing new tenancy applications
- Processing deposits
- Day to day management of client database ensuring all details are updated
- Creating new property files on the systems for new developments
- Processing landlord licensing applications - liaise with landlords and local authority
- Setting up new suppliers and contractors
- Updating all warranty details for new properties products
- Processing new investors paperwork
- Support the teams with answering and fielding inbound calls
- Assistant the Office Manager and colleagues with any other day to day administration duties
- You must have administration experience and experience within property would be beneficial
- Have excellent written and verbal communication
- Have strong organisational, prioritisation and planning skills
