My client is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their busy and fast paced team due to growth. We are looking to speak with candidates who have experience working in a busy office environment and are able to work as part of a team ensuring to ensure that jobs or scheduled and the process is smooth and efficient.

The role is offering a salary of £26,000 per annum, working Monday - Friday during core business hours.

Job Description:

  • Administrative functions of the office, including general correspondence, documentation, and record keeping
  • Organise and schedule appointments for a team of engineers
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing requests, and providing timely responses
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Manage and maintain office equipment, ensuring timely repairs and maintenance.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Support the coordination of project-related documentation
