Our client is a leading developer based in Liverpool looking for an experienced, forward-thinkingOfficeManagerto support studio operations. This is a rare opportunity and great for the right candidate!

Please note, this is not a remote working vacancy, you will be required to be onsite 5 days per week.

This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, and no two days will be the same! Youll be the go-to person for the team, managing the office, and building key relationships both internally and externally. If youre someone who can think on their feet, handle multiple tasks with ease, and enjoys taking initiative, this role could be for you.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Keep the office running smoothly and fully stocked
  • Organize team events, outings, and celebrations
  • Serve as the main point of contact for office-related matters
  • Provide support to senior leadership, including the senior leadership team
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
  • Manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers
  • Assist the kitchen team with orders and purchases
  • Oversee IT equipment and troubleshoot when necessary
  • Handle day-to-day office maintenance and problem-solving
  • Respond to team requests and relay information to relevant departments
