Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
Manage day-to-day activities across multiple social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Analyze social media performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing goals.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and ROI.
Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent content creation skills, including writing, design, and video editing.
Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on social media performance metrics.
Creative and proactive with the ability to generate fresh ideas and engaging content.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
