Job description:

To work within the team to provide dietetic cover to Paediatric patients in the community of St Helens and Knowsley.
The caseload consists of faltering growth, cows milk protein, allergy and general paediatrics.
Patients are seen face to face in clinics, in their own homes or telephone clinics.
Hybrid working will be considered, can consider some home working, would ideally like a mix of home and office.
