Your new companyWe are currently recruiting a neighbourhood repair assistant to support a housing association. This is a temporary role and is likely to be for 3 months or longer.

Your new roleAs a neighbourhood repair assistant, you will support the repair team with administration tasks including data input and tracking data. This role will also involve speaking to tenants, completing customer satisfaction surveys and ensuring repairs have been completed. This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday. It is a hybrid role, and you will be expected to work in the office based in Liverpool City Centre on a Tuesday and Thursday. The other days you will be working from home. They are able to be flexible with the hours. You would be expected to work 7 hours a day between the hours of 8-6pm. What you'll need to succeedYou will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, you will also ideally have experience of working within social housing or will have worked with contractors previously. Experience of MRI/Orchard would be desirable but not essential, but you would require good working knowledge of Microsoft office including Word and Excel.
