Location: Liverpool City Centre
Salary: £15-£16ph
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: Part time, 25 hours per week. Flexible can either be 3 full days or spread over 5.
Are you immediately available and seeking a role that offers the potential for permanent We are currently recruiting for an administrative role, where you will be supporting a busy team. Based in Liverpool city centre, our client are a growing firm who are looking for someone on a part time basis.
- Collecting information and refreshing databases.
- Producing reports, drafting documents, and preparing communications.
- Organising meetings and managing logistical arrangements.
- Responding to customer or client queries, resolving issues when possible, and taking messages.
- Handling applications and ensuring system records are current.
- Supporting the creation of documents or presentations for management.
- Participating in various business projects as necessary.
- Carrying out all other general administrative duties as needed.
Administration experience gained within a professional services setting would be preferred.
Excellent organisational skills and proficient with IT.
Capable of working autonomously and showing initiative.
Excellent communication abilities and a proactive attitude towards resolving issues.
