The School and Role

This small, one-form entry school in Dingle, Liverpool, are looking to appoint a dedicated Teacher to work in a Year 2 class with a cohort of 21 children.  The role is full-time and starts in January 2025 after the Christmas break and will be ongoing covering Maternity Leave.  The school were marked as 'Good' in all areas following their most recent Ofsted inspection, with a large number of their children benefitting from additional social and emotional support, access to quality resources, trips, visits, visitors and a meaningful focus upon basic skills (reading, writing and basic number).

Requirements

  • Relevant Teaching qualification and QTS in the UK
  • Experience working with Primary aged children
  • A positive and creative approach to behaviour and confidence building
  • An ability to work as part of a team
  • Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
