Adaptable Recruitment are delighted to be a partnering with a growing Liverpool based business who is looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Advisor to join their well established team on a long term temporary basis.Salary and BenefitsUp to £3100037.5 hours a week with flexible start and finish timesOffice based.Free Parking on site Job duties and responsibilities* Create, activate and distribute access and discount cards * Process and respond to incoming queries via Email, Telephone and Post * Ensure all Statutory payments and amendments are correct * Import and check average holiday pay and NMW enhanced pay * Upload employee payslips and pension files, actioning any opt outs and refunds * Complete end-to-end payroll processing for all payroll cycles (Weekly, 4-Weekly & Monthly) * Comply with GDPR when uploading new starts, updating bank details and maintaining current employees information * Process timesheets and calculating any under/over pay * Complete the Employer Payment Submission file and the Full Payment Submission * Process BACS payments * Ensuring all sanity checks and AWACS reports (Invalid bank details) are completed * Process emergency payments, HMRC tax codes, RTI and student loan updates * Complete P32 reconciliation * Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal systems and practicesSkills requiredPrevious payroll experience is essential as is the ability to work as part of a team .A high level of IT literacy and excellent communication skills are necessary.
