Description

As the Payroll Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Ensure new starter and leaver forms are up to date
  • Ensuring salaries and working hours are correct and inputting to the system
  • Administering statutory benefits including sick and holiday pay
  • Assisting in pension submissions
  • Respond to staff payslip queries

Profile

To be successful as the Payroll Assistant you will be:

  • Some recent exposure to payroll processing and calculations
  • Good use of Microsoft office, Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Accounting and Finance, Business Management or Mathematics degree with accounting principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills when dealing with queries
