Description
As the Payroll Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Ensure new starter and leaver forms are up to date
- Ensuring salaries and working hours are correct and inputting to the system
- Administering statutory benefits including sick and holiday pay
- Assisting in pension submissions
- Respond to staff payslip queries
Profile
To be successful as the Payroll Assistant you will be:
- Some recent exposure to payroll processing and calculations
- Good use of Microsoft office, Word, Outlook and Excel
- Accounting and Finance, Business Management or Mathematics degree with accounting principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills when dealing with queries
