Join our team as a Locum Pharmacist and contribute to both the wards and dispensary of a busy NHS hospital. In this role, you will:? Review and dispense prescriptions to ensure safe and effective medication use? Provide clinical advice to healthcare staff and patients? Conduct medicines reconciliation for patients on admission and discharge? Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes? Ensure compliance with NHS guidelines and maintain accurate records
Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:? A valid GPhC registration as a Pharmacist? No previous hospital experience required—full training provided? Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail? Excellent communication and teamwork skills? The ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
