Building Careers is recruiting plasterers for a social housing client in the Liverpool area.
The position offers a salary of £19.00 per hour via PAYE Umbrella and includes a van and fuel card.
Candidates will be involved in responsive repairs, including patch plastering and multi-trade work in tenanted properties.
A minimum of 2 years of experience, a CSCS card, and a Level 2 NVQ in plastering are required for applicants.
This is a full-time temporary position with the potential for permanent employment.

Building Careers are currently recruiting for plasterers for a social housing client covering the Liverpool area. There are ongoing exciting opportunites for successful candidates with the potential for a permamant position.

The position is for the responsive repairs area of the business covering all aspects of reactive maintenance across the Liverpool area.

Your duties will include:

Patch plastering
Plastering full walls/rooms in tenanted properties
Performing multi trade work to complete repairs such as; basic tiling/plumbing/joinery etc
Plastering in kitchens and bathrooms

Requirements:

CSCS Card
Plastering NVQ - L2 minimum
Full Clean UK Driving Licence
