  • Ensuring all learner enrolment data is inputted on to our client's MIS database in an accurate and compliant manner, in line with ESFA and auditing requirements.
  • Booking learner examinations.
  • Submission of timely and accurate data to the finance team, relating to contracts and projects.
  • Ensure all contract claims data is submitted accurately and on time.
  • Maintenance of records.
  • Conduct internal and external audits.
Essential Criteria:
  • Must possess a background within auditing and compliance, ideally within the training sector - though this is not essential. 
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience of meeting deadlines.
  • Candidates must be able to adhere to company confidentiality policies
  • Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with staff and customers through a variety of methods
  • Strong administration / customer service skills.
