In depth knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Systems within Social Housing, including government and industry guidance, British standards and building regulations, IEE Wiring Regulations Guidance Note 3 and The Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998.
Proven track record of managing and delivering effective servicing and maintenance contracts to a large and diverse portfolio of mix tenure properties.
Effective contract management skills including managing service and maintenance contracts.
Clear understanding of risk management and compliance.
