We are looking for a committed Teaching Assistant (TA) with a Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification to join a welcoming primary school in Huyton. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact while developing your career in education.
Your Role:As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in EYFS, you will:
- Work closely with the class teacher to support engaging and structured learning.
- Assist in planning and leading activities that inspire curiosity and growth.
- Maintain appropriate classroom ratios to create a positive learning environment.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating space for all students.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and school staff.
- Track student progress and provide feedback to support their development.
We're seeking a candidate who:
- Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
- Has relevant experience in a UK primary school setting.
- Understands classroom dynamics and best practices for early years education.
- Possesses strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Is passionate about making a difference in young learners' lives.
- Is available to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
- Has prior teaching experience in the UK (UK experience is essential).
