Zen Educate are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to support our educational team in providing high-quality learning experiences for students across Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, particularly those with special educational needs, including autism. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of young learners.

Responsibilities:- Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs- Support students with autism spectrum disorder in their learning and social development- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals regarding student progress- Provide one-to-one tutoring and mentoring to students as required- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment- Help educate students on various subjects and topics under the guidance of teaching staff

Skills:- Special education knowledge and experience working with children with diverse learning needs- Ability to work effectively with students on the autism spectrum- Strong communication skills to interact with students, teachers, and parents- Experience in tutoring or mentoring young learners- Passion for educating and supporting the growth of children
