My client has a prestigious city centre project they require a pre-construction Project Manager to assist with delivering. They specialise in large scale luxury design and build residential projects. The Project Manager they are looking for will have a stable work history and have a strong build background. Experience working for a main building contractor on ideally residential projects with values of up to 15-20million plus.
The project Manager they are looking for is to be more involved within pre-construction, assisting with the project programming and planning from stage two design through to site stages.
As an experience Pre-Construction Project Manager, you will have proven project delivery but more specifically within the pre-construction of a project. You will have an excellent health and safety track record; these complex schemes require a strong Project Manager. As pre construction project manager you will have excellent IT skills. Pulling together what aspects need to be in place, prior to site commencement.
