Senior Project Manager

This role offers the rare opportunity to really take complete ownership of a project - starting in the pre construction phase and taking it through to completion on site.

My client is looking for a professional Project Manager / Senior Project Manager who can provide operational input to the pre construction team, working closely with the commercial and design managers. This will be for a number of months and will then lead to full operational project management on site, again supported by a full site management team.

The project is in excess of 50M and is in the high-rise residential sector and therefore some exposure to similar projects is essential (high rise residential / commercial / student accommodation / hotels etc)

It is also essential that you have a good understanding of the pre construction phase and can work effectively in a team with the ability to influence decisions. You should be a confident and dynamic character who can really drive projects forward.
