Hays is working with a regional fitout contractor who is on the lookout for a freelance Project manager to oversee their project in the Merseyside area, from start to finish.
As Project Manager, you will:
- Oversee the project from preconstruction to handover
- Oversee all subcontractors on site
- Manage drawings and variations
- Ensure H&S and RAMS on site
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders
What you require:
- Good knowledge of fitout projects
- M&E knowledge is desirable
- CSCS, SMSTS, & First Aid
- Previous Project Manager experience
- Good understanding of drawings & managing variations
- UK-based construction experience is essential
- We are offering:
- A competitive daily rate, dependent on experience
- Work in the Liverpool area
- End of March start
- 14 weeks of work
