This highly respected 60-yr-old + refurbishment and fit-out contractor is a very much a true leader in its field. 145m + turnover of work across a range of sectors (Healthcare, Workplace, Retail, Leisure and Education) on projects ranging from 50,000 - 30m.
They have an opportunity for a senior project manager for central London work, and this particular position would appeal to someone from a competitor that carries out this line of works.
Cut & Carve Refurbishment, Retrofit and Fit-Out experience are essential, along with a proven track record of time spent with previous employers. The company is looking for the best of the best, and this position would appeal to someone who wants to join a dynamic, market leading and financially stable organisation, that thoroughly rewards their employees, both financially and emotionally.
Key Skills / Responsibilities:
Project Management Pre-construction and tendering experience including developing and setting strategies
Ability to program and plan work (Asta Software)
Understanding of the build sequence
Structural knowledge rather than solely fit out
Presentation and Communication skills such as tender interviews and project meetings
Business Development Relationship Management
