Description

Duties of the role include:

• Develop, implement and manage internal communication strategies.
• Create engaging content for various internal communication channels.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align internal and external messaging.
• Coordinate company-wide events and initiatives to boost employee engagement.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of internal communications and engagement activities.
• Keep up to date with industry trends to continually improve internal communication strategies.
• Facilitate two-way communication and feedback between employees and management.
• Drive recruitment strategies through creating a company profile
• Manage internal communication channels and ensure messages are clear, consistent and engaging.

Profile

The successful candidate will be/have:

• A degree in creative writing, marketing, business or related field.
• Proven experience in internal communications or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop creative and engaging content.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Understanding of the retail industry and its current challenges.
• Driving license required
