We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Assistant with a strong background in HVAC systems, specifically in the procurement of spare parts for heating systems. Key Responsibilities:
- support the procurement manager with day to day orderingof HVAC spare parts for heating systems.
- Source,and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors for HVAC equipment and components.
- Ensure the availability of high-quality heating system parts and components to meet operational requirements.
- Track and maintain accurate inventory of HVAC parts, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Work closely with the technical and operations teams to assess spare parts requirements.
- Ensure all purchasing processes comply with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of purchases, shipments, and inventory status.
- Assist in reviewing contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a Purchasing Assistant or similar role within the HVAC industry.
- In-depth knowledge of spare parts for heating systems and their specifications.
- Proficient in using purchasing software and tools, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage deadlines.
