Our client, a leading name in the construction and groundworks industry, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

As a Senior QS, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high standards in delivery.



What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project costs and ensure commercial control across multiple projects
  • Manage subcontractor packages, valuations, and variations
  • Ensure accurate reporting and forecasting of project performance
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure budgets and timelines are adhered to
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed budgets


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a background in residential groundworks
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing costs, contracts, and risks
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and financial management.
