Lettings Property Manager - Woolton, Liverpool - up to £30k

My client is a leading and long established independent Lettings brand based in Woolton who have built up an impressive business over the last 15 years. Due to continued growth within Lettings, they are looking for an experienced Lettings Professional who ideally has some experience in Lettings and / or Property Management. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn but also able to use your own initiative. This is a varied role where you will be managing a portfolio of properties managing the tenancy with regards to maintenance issues, actioning works, issuing section notices, deposit management and dealing with general lettings administration.

Main Duties for the Property Manager Role:

  • Reporting to the Head of Property Management and landlords
  • Day-to-day enquiries from all parties via email/telephone/online portal ensuring they are responded to quickly and efficiently
  • Scheduling planned/regular maintenance
  • Arranging reactive maintenance works & repairs
  • Health & Safety Compliance management, ensuring each property has the required documents/tests, such as Gas Safety Certificates, Electric Installation Condition Reports, and smoke alarms, for example.
  • Arranging & carrying out regular site visits & inspections
  • General filing and administration.

Key Skills Required for the Property Management Role:

  • Previous Property Management or Lettings experience
  • You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
  • You will be accurate, organised, numerate and technology savvy
  • Team player with the ability to work under pressure
  • Well presented
  • Strong attention to detail

Office Based Role, although you may need to carry out viewings/appointments when required so a Full UK Licence and car is needed.
