Our client who are a real estate business based in Liverpool City Centre are looking for 2 Property Administrators to join their expanding team. Our client is one of the leading businesses and they support a range of sectors including hospitality, residential & commercial.
Key duties are as follows:
- Respond to incoming calls and emails, handling general inquiries and property-related questions from investors or landlords.
- Process new tenancy applications for prospective tenants.
- Handle the processing of tenant deposits.
- Input and maintain accurate records for new properties entering management on the MRI system and other databases.
- Manage landlord licensing applications, coordinating with local authorities and landlords.
- Oversee the daily management of supplier and contractor details.
- Update warranty information with suppliers for white goods and other items.
- Communicate with customers and external agencies regarding tenancy and property management matters.
- Assist the management team with report preparation as required.
- Strive to meet or exceed service standards and key performance indicators.
- Engage in learning and development activities to enhance personal effectiveness and improve job performance.
Requirements:
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months property or lettings experience
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self motivated and have a can-do attitude
In return:
- salary upto £27,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
- Holidays: 25 days + birthday + bank holidays
