Our prestigious legal client based in Liverpool is seeking a highly motivated Receptionist to join their team, starting ASAP. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively. Previous experience in a front of house role within an office environment is required. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am - 5.30pm.
Duties will include:
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office with professionalism
- Provide administrative support to Lawyers as needed
- Work independently, demonstrating initiative and responsibility
- Assist with meetings, including organising refreshments and other requirements
- Handle incoming and outgoing post efficiently
- Maintain the general upkeep and tidiness of the office space
- Manage the relationship with the cleaning company
- Oversee office filing, archiving and storage systems
- Take responsibility for hot desking and meeting room bookings
- Coordinate stationery orders and ensure office supplies are well-stocked
