A specialist Water Treatment business with a strong history of providing essential compliance services for a wide range of clients across the North is looking to hire a Compliance Manager with immediate effect due to growth within the business.
Salary is a range to 45, 000 plus a car package, company bonus scheme, plus benefits, plus fuel card.

This role is to work for an award winning business that are heavily certified and recognised as industry experts within compliance services in Facilities Management, especially Water Treatment.

Your remit :

  • Manage annual accreditation audits
  • Overseeing company policies and standards to ensure adherence to rules and regulations.
  • Performing audits, developing procedures, and assessing risks.
  • Enforcing policies and ensuring legal and ethical integrity of the business
  • Collaborating with other departments such as legal and finance.
  • Developing and implementing policies and strategies.
  • Working in conjunction with the Water Treatment team on hygiene & treatment projects.
  • Provide technical advice to the wider team
