Robotics Field Service Engineer
Salary: £30k - £40k
Location: Liverpool
nGenium are currently working with a premium global manufacturer of laboratory automation and robotics systems to help expand their customer support team. This is a field-based position supporting customers in bespoke laboratories with their automation systems.
In this Field Service Engineer role you can expect:
- Conduct preventative maintenance, implement planned improvements, Address breakdowns and performance issues promptly, on-site and remote technical support, Diagnose and resolve faults, collaborating with specialist teams as needed.
- Providing excellent customer service, interacting with various clients maintaining and improving relationships and identifying new opportunities for upgrades.
- Documenting activities.

A suitable candidate for this role would need:
- Strong background in science and technology with experience working in a lab environment.
- An understanding of electromechanical systems
- A good degree in any scientific/engineering field.
- A desire to learn and develop skills.
- 1 years’ experience maintaining, troubleshooting scientific/analytical equipment.
- Experience in a customer facing role
- UK driving license and full right to work
