Robotics Field Service Engineer

nGenium are currently working with a premium global manufacturer of laboratory automation and robotics systems to help expand their customer support team. This is a field-based position supporting customers in bespoke laboratories with their automation systems.

 

In this Field Service Engineer role you can expect:

  • Conduct preventative maintenance, implement planned improvements, Address breakdowns and performance issues promptly, on-site and remote technical support, Diagnose and resolve faults, collaborating with specialist teams as needed.
  • Providing excellent customer service, interacting with various clients maintaining and improving relationships and identifying new opportunities for upgrades.
  • Documenting activities.

A suitable candidate for this role would need:
