Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious Daily Cover/Supply Teacher to join Secondary Schools across Sefton on a long-term or short-term basis starting as soon as possible.

We are currently seeking reliable and dedicated Daily Cover/Supply Teachers to join our network of schools. Whether you are a newly qualified teacher or an experienced educator, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a variety of subject areas and make a positive impact on students' learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students remain engaged and motivated throughout the day.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings, working with a variety of student groups.
- Provide constructive feedback to students, ensuring their progress is monitored and supported.
- Communicate effectively with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity for students.
Key Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Recent and relevant educational experience: demonstrated experience in a Secondary school setting.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and a positive attitude towards teaching in different schools and subject areas.
- A valid enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
