Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious Daily Cover/Supply Teacher to join Secondary Schools across Sefton on a long-term or short-term basis starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students remain engaged and motivated throughout the day.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
  • Adapt quickly to different school settings, working with a variety of student groups.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students, ensuring their progress is monitored and supported.
  • Communicate effectively with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity for students.

Key Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Recent and relevant educational experience: demonstrated experience in a Secondary school setting. 
  • Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude towards teaching in different schools and subject areas.
  • A valid enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
