Tradewind Recruitment are seeking Performing Arts Graduates who are looking to gain classroom-based experience to support a range of secondary schools in the Sefton area on an adhoc basis.
Location: Southport, Formby, Crosby, Bootle & Maghull
Start Date: ASAP
Term: Full Time/Part Time Long Term or day to day
Pay: £100-£110 per day
More information: We are seeking aspiring Performing Arts graduates to support local Sefton secondary schools as a Cover Supervisor on a flexible basis. The role will be covering class teachers across the school in a variety of subject areas including English, Maths & Science
The role of a Cover Supervisor is to ensure that the lessons set by the absent teacher are completed to the best of each students ability and that students are engaged with the work set. You will complete a register and make any notes on the schools management system throughout the lesson.
You will have the daily responsibility to cover different members of staff and work closely with senior leadership within the school.
To be considered for this role, we will need -
- Experience working with secondary aged children either in a paid or a voluntary capacity
- From a Performing Arts background
- Proof of Right to Work, this could be your Passport or Birth Certificate.
- A CV that covers 10 years of education or employment.
- A fully enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process one with us. (We will refund the cost of the DBS)
