We are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join both mainstream and SEND provision in L21, Liverpool. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm, offering a competitive daily rate of £91 - £110.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons and leading small group interventions
  • Supporting pupils with additional needs in both mainstream and SEND settings
  • Assisting with classroom management and behavior support
  • Supervising students during non-instructional periods (breaks and lunchtimes)
  • Collaborating with teaching staff to enhance student learning and progress

Requirements:

  • Must hold an HLTA qualification
  • Proven experience in both mainstream and SEND settings
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
