We are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join both mainstream and SEND provision in L21, Liverpool. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm, offering a competitive daily rate of £91 - £110.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons and leading small group interventions
- Supporting pupils with additional needs in both mainstream and SEND settings
- Assisting with classroom management and behavior support
- Supervising students during non-instructional periods (breaks and lunchtimes)
- Collaborating with teaching staff to enhance student learning and progress
Requirements:
- Must hold an HLTA qualification
- Proven experience in both mainstream and SEND settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
