The Role:

As a KS2 HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting the learning and development of our pupils, working closely with teachers to deliver tailored interventions, assist in classroom activities, and lead small groups. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality support to KS2 pupils in their learning
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities in line with the national curriculum
  • Working with teachers to develop lesson plans and adapt resources to meet the needs of all learners
  • Leading small group sessions and interventions
  • Supporting the development of pupils' social and emotional well-being
  • Providing cover for teachers when needed
