Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting dedicated and dynamic Cover Supervisors to work in Secondary Schools around Liverpool and surrounding area's.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about education and dedicated to supporting the learning journey of our students.

The role primarily involves providing cover for absent teachers across all year groups, ensuring continuity of learning in their absence. You will be responsible for supervising classes, managing behaviour, and delivering pre-prepared lesson materials. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress in their career in education or develop their existing skills further. Pay starts at £85 and can be up to £110 a day, depending on experience.

Working hours for this role are 8:30 am to 3.30 pm.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • An understanding of, and ideally experience with, working within and educational setting
  • Classroom management skills. Ability to maintain discipline and manage behaviour effectively
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
