Salary: £83.33 - £95 per day (dependent on experience)

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking passionate and dedicated Supply Teaching Assistants to join our SEND schools in Sefton. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time opportunities, we offer flexible working arrangements to fit around your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with special educational needs in a classroom setting
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson planning and delivery
- Providing one-to-one or small group support to students with various SEND requirements
- Promoting an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Managing classroom behaviour and promoting positive social interactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with SEND students (preferred but not essential)
- A positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to different learning environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
