Vision for Education is working with multiple secondary schools across Liverpool. These schools are seeking dedicated Behaviour Support Assistants to work closely with children who require tailored support to manage complex behavioral challenges.

Requirements
The desired Behaviour Support Assistant will have;
- Proven experience working with secondary school-aged children.
- Experience supporting children with challenging behaviors or special educational needs (SEN) on a 1:1 or small group basis.
- A passion for helping pupils achieve their personal and academic goals.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teaching staff and other professionals.
- A willingness to undergo or hold an Enhanced DBS check.
