We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Child Care Worker to join our residential setting, which provides a secure and nurturing environment for young people of all ages and abilities. This role is crucial in offering the positive experiences and therapeutic support needed by those in residential care.

- Previous experience in residential care or equivalent services.
- A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People’s Workforce (CYPW) or equivalent.
- An empathetic and understanding approach to care, particularly when dealing with challenging behaviours.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
