As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will:
- Oversee and assist with all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home.
- Create and update individual care plans for residents.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date medication records.
- Provide valuable support, guidance, and assistance to the team.
- Develop strong relationships with key partners within the community.
- Ensure adequate staffing through efficient management of staff rotas.
- Provide cover out of hours as required.
The Clinical Service Manager role comes with a comprehensive package, including:
- Hourly rate of £22.18 to £23.18 - circa £40,000 working 3 days per week
- Part-time work schedule of 3 days per week.
