Day Complex Needs Support Worker Vacancy waiting to be filled
Venn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following position available
Position: Day Complex Needs Support Worker
Location: Liverpool
Rate: £15.00 p/h (Umbrella Rate)
Hours: 40 hours p/week (Rota Basis, including 1/3 weekends)
Length: 4-6 weeks
The role will predominantly involve:
- Sourcing and facilitating planned move on options for clients where appropriate; in preparing case reports and statistical records
- Undertaking client welfare checks as directed
- Providing front of house support and reception duties, as well as administrative support including day to day office duties; including recording income to the service on the system
- Supporting clients with benefits
- Assisting with Support Plans
- Conducting welfare checks and supporting physical and mental health
- You must have an Enhanced DBS (Adult)
